BEAUTI
The project was divided by two areas (Café and Retail shop) The total area is 300sqm.
The designer goal was to establish a tropical environment with modern look.
All materials were used by local suppliers and some other furniture’s were imported from outside the country.

LUPA
Restaurant project, located in Sultan Street Rd, in Jeddah. This unique design was designed by Mamoor Architects.

A big challenge to renovate a 1,400 SQM within 30 days.

RAWNAQ TOURISM

Beyound Office Project
This project was constructed by SQUAD contracting, our main role was in this project is to build, manage and maintain the deliverables to our client.
We had a very beautiful journey with the client, since this one was his first new relocation project. The happy moment was when the client celebrate his opening date with the statement “the deliverables of the project was above my expectation”
Residential Compound Villa
This project was managed by our team, our main role in this project was to apply engineering consultation services and verify all deliverables from the contractor into the client. There was a tiny role in our duties to redesign some of the area of the project.

Residential - Core & Shell
A residential private project located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Our main role in this project was to construct only core and shell, in addition to mange the project.
Darat AlQahwah Coffee Shop
A very unique client with fast track project. The client attempted to design and construct several kiosk in Jeddah. Our main role in this project to design and mange the contractor to achieve the result as the client wish.
